Complete Guide to the Run to the Sun Car Show
Celebrate the 31st annual Run to the Sun Car Show this month! The event, which is one of the largest car shows in the Southeast, will take place from March 21-23, 2019. Run to the Sun brings thousands of classic cars to the Grand Strand for a multi-day event that features stunning cars as well as food and merchandise vendors. This family-friendly event will be held at the former Myrtle Square Mall parking lot at 2501 North Kings Highway, between 21st and 29th Avenues North in Myrtle Beach.
Run to the Sun Car Show benefits the Children’s Miracle Network and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Registration & Show Times
Looking to register your car? You can register the day of the show for a fee of $45 at the Clarion Hotel at 101 Fantasty Harbor Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. Only pre-1989 cars and trucks are allowed in the show.
Registration times are as follows:
•Wednesday: 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.
•Thursday: 8 a.m – 4 p.m.
•Friday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
•Saturday: 8 a.m. – 11 a.m.
Show times: Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, March 21-23 from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. each day.
Door prize giveaways for all registered participants will take place at 1 p.m. on Friday & Saturday.

Parking
There will be parking available at Broadway at the Beach, just down the road from Run to the Sun Car Show. Shuttles will be operating starting Thursday, March 21 until Saturday, March 23 and will run from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. each day.
