About Romance in the Gardens
Each year, brides and grooms re-commit to one another at the Romance in the Gardens vow renewal ceremony on Valentine’s Day at Brookgreen Gardens. To allow for social distancing, this year’s event will include two ceremonies!
The non-denominational ceremonies — held at 1 and 4 p.m. on Valentine’s Day — will be at the boat landing at Brookgreen Creek with a reception to follow at the Leonard Pavilion. Each group will be limited to 40 couples. Each couple will receive a personalized certificate, professional photograph, and an individual box of goodies. A socially distanced reception including champagne will be held after each ceremony.
Brides will also receive a mini bouquet of flowers while grooms will receive a boutonniere.
The ceremony is not a wedding ceremony, and is only open to couples who are already married.
Cost is $50 for non-members and $40 for members.
