It’s hard to believe it’s been another year but 2018 is approaching quickly and what better way to celebrate than at a New Year’s Eve party in Myrtle Beach? From kids’ parties to adults-only fetes, one thing’s for sure, there are things to do for everyone at every age. Here’s a list of hotels, restaurants, clubs and more hosting New Year’s Eve celebrations in Myrtle Beach.

Beach Colony Resort Myrtle Beach
Join Beach Colony Resort for their New Year’s Eve Gala! This special party is open to the public and will feature live entertainment from a DJ, party favors, a champagne toast at midnight, and heavy hors d’oeuvres. The hors d’oeuvres will include oysters Rockefeller, assorted charcuterie, shrimp croquette, duck confit tarlets with citrus slaw, chicken francaise, ratatouille, and more. This event is 21+ and is $29.95 per person. There will be a cash bar available.
Beach Cove Resort North Myrtle Beach
Beach Cove Resort is offering an awesome New Year’s Eve package starting at only $119 per person! The package includes oceanfront one bedroom accommodations, a plated dinner at Tradewinds Cafe, entry to the party at Town Center, a New Year’s Day breakfast buffet, and a 1 p.m. late check out.
Captain’s Quarters Resort Myrtle Beach
Celebrate the New Year at Captain’s Quarters Resort. Loco Gecko Beach Shack will be hosting a party from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. for hotel guests as well as the public. Hotel guests can enjoy the party for an additional $40 per person and will get breakfast the next morning at Vista 9 as well as a 1 p.m. checkout, in addition to NYE party favors, a champagne toast, live DJ, balloon drop, hors d’oeuvres, and 1 drink voucher.
Those who aren’t staying at the hotel can pay $30 and enjoy all of the above, however, they won’t receive late checkout and breakfast at Vista 9.
Captain’s Quarters is also offering Salty’s NYE Party for kids from 8 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. This will take place at Vista 9 on the 9th floor and will include drinks, snacks, movies, games, a fizzy toast at midnight, a balloon drop, and more. This is for kids 5-12 years old and costs $20 per child.
The Caravelle Resort Myrtle Beach
Book a room for New Year’s Eve at The Caravelle Resort and add on the New Year’s Eve Gala for just $69.95 a person! This celebration is also open to the public and reservations are required. The event will include cocktail hour, hors d’oeuvres, plated dinner, and a great time.
Landmark Resort Myrtle Beach
Join Landmark Resort for a special New Year’s Eve dinner in Latitudes Bar & Grill! This is open to the public and reservations are not needed. The dinner will be held from 5-11 p.m. and will feature Roasted Chicken Piccata served over buttermilk mashed potatoes & herb roasted onions for $18.95 and Prime Rib served over garlic mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli & red wine jus for $25.95. All entrees will be served with a house salad and chef’s choice of dessert.
Ocean Creek Resort Myrtle Beach
Four Seasons Restaurant at Ocean Creek is hosting a New Year’s Day Brunch from 7 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. on January 1st. The menu will include breakfast favorites such as pancakes, sausage, waffles, and more, plus pork loin, fried chicken, and tons of other delicious choices. The cost is $12.95 for ages 12+; $6.95 for kids 4-11; and free for kids 3 and under. Tax and tip are not included. Reservations are not necessary and the brunch is open to the public.
Sea Watch Resort Myrtle Beach
Book your stay at Sea Watch Resort for New Year’s Eve and choose to add on their special package for just $65! The package includes breakfast for 2 at Captain’s Cove Cafe, 6 chocolate covered strawberries, 2 champagne splits with 2 Sea Watch logo flutes, and a late 1 p.m. check-out.
Breakers Resort Myrtle Beach
Strong Waters Bar at Breakers Resort will be hosting a New Year’s Eve Bash and will be offering two different packages. Dinner with Cash Bar is $45 per person and includes a 5 course dinner. The New Year’s Eve Party Package is $99 per person and includes a 5 course dinner, hors d’oeuvres, a champagne toast at midnight, party favors, and an open bar,
North Beach Plantation Myrtle Beach
North Beach Plantation is offering a New Year’s special and will be hosting a New Year’s Eve celebration at 21 Main from 8 p.m. until 1 a.m. There will be live entertainment from Special Blend, a premium open bar, cocktail hour, a champagne toast at midnight, and a dinner with shrimp cocktail, Caesar salad, Surf & Turf (lobster tail & filet mignon) and the chef’s dessert selection. This event is for ages 21+.
Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront-Resort
Vintage Twelve at Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Hotel at Kingston Resorts will be open from 5-10 p.m. on New Year’s Even and will be serving a 4 course meal for $60 per person (plus tax and gratuity). Dinner includes a champagne toast.
Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront
Cafe Amalfi at Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort will be offering a 5 course dinner for New Year’s Eve. The restaurant will be open from 5 p.m. until midnight and the special dinner will be served until 10 p.m. The event is $140 per couple, plus tax and tip. There will be jazz entertainment from Leo Slover and free valet parking.
710 North Myrtle Beach
710 North Myrtle beach will be hosting a New Year’s Eve Party to ring in 2018! The attraction is offering different packages. From 5-9 p.m. guests will enjoy a full prime rib dinner buffet, unlimited bowling, 1 beer or soda tower for $150 per main lane or $175 per back alley lane. If you just want the buffet, that’s $20/person.
From 10 p.m. until 2 p.m. there is another option for those 21+. This includes bowling, breakfast, and a ball drop. There will be unlimited bowling from 10-2, a full breakfast buffet at 12:30, a champagne toast, and a broadcast of the ball drop in Times Square. This package is $130 per main lane and $160 per back alley lane.
Please note that both packages have a maximum of 6 guests per lane.

Broadway at the Beach, in association with Helicopter Adventures, will be celebrating New Year’s Eve with fireworks over Lake Broadway at 8 p.m. on December 31st.
Party 2017 away and bring in 2018 at Broadway Louie’s! The party will start at 6 p.m. and will last until 2 a.m.
Hard Rock Cafe
Join Hard Rock Café for their New Year’s Eve Bash! Guests will enjoy party favors, a balloon drop, confetti cannon, a simulcast from Times Square, live entertainment, a free appetizer buffet at 11 pm., and more. General admission is $35/person + tax in advance, or $40+tax the day of. Doors open at 9:45 p.m.
There are also Silver Reserved packages for $60/person for a booth and $50/person for a high top table. Doors open at 9 p.m. This package includes seating at a shared table as well as a shared appetizer for 2.
The VIP Gold package is $290/couple (this includes tax & gratuity). Doors open at 7:30 p.m. This package features VIP service, gifts, and champagne for 2, a four-course dinner and more.
House of Blues
Kick off the New Year by rockin’ out with Corey Smith and Noah Guthrie at the House of Blues! Doors open at 8 p.m. and the show begins at 9 p.m. This is an all-ages show.
Legends In Concert
Join Legends in Concert for a special New Year’s Eve Celebration! The theatre will be hosting a special show starting at 10 p.m. that is the perfect way to celebrate the New Year! Visit their website for ticket info.
The Market Common
The Market Common will be hosting the annual Southern Times Square event on December 31st! This family-friendly event will be jam-packed with tons of fun including mimes, glass blowers, face painters, human statues, glitter tattoos, dancing, live music, and more. Plus there will be a beer garden with food from Market Common restaurants. Ring in the New Year with The Market Common’s very own mirror ball drop as well as a live broadcast of the ball drop in Times Square, and fireworks at midnight!
Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament
Join Medieval Times for a Celebration of the Centuries on New Year’s Eve! Tickets to this event include admission to the Museum of Torture, a two-hour show with a four-course feast, party favorites, music, dancing, a champagne toast at midnight, midnight snack, and a midnight countdown with the Knights of the Realm.
Myrtle Beach Bowl
Celebrate the New Year as a family a Noon Years Eve at Myrtle Beach Bowl. The bowling alley will be hosting this special event early in the day so that people of all ages can enjoy celebrating the special day.
