25th Annual Holiday Tree Lighting at Broadway at the Beach
Broadway at the Beach hosts its 25th annual Holiday Tree Lighting this Friday, Nov. 22, starting at 6 p.m. The festivities include a visit from Santa Claus, live performances, the beach’s favorite weatherman Ed Piotrowski and a fireworks show.

Holiday Bazaar at The Market Common
Vendors will be staged along Howard Avenue for the weekly Holiday Bazaar at The Market Common. Check out locally made arts and crafts, baked good, produce, honey, and much more at this unique holiday market. The market is open from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturdays through Dec. 21.

Lighting of the Landing
Santa will kick off the holiday season at Barefoot Landing this Saturday, Nov. 23, with a night of fun that includes the lighting of the holiday tree. Children’s activities start at 2 p.m. and include creating holiday mail for the troops and face painting. The Tree Lighting Ceremony is at 6 p.m. followed by a fireworks show.
Pawleys Christmas Festival at the Island Shops
Join your family and friends at the Pawleys Island Christmas Festival at the Island Shops on Saturday, Nov. 23. Special guests Santa and Mrs. Claus will welcome children, who can participate in a variety of free activities. The event includes live entertainment and a holiday tree lighting. The fun runs from 3 to 6 p.m. but come early to explore the unique shops and boutiques.
Market Common Tree Lighting Ceremony
The Market Common hosts its annual Tree Lighting Ceremony from 6 to 8 p.m. this Saturday, Nov. 23, in front of Grand 14 Cinemas. The Coastal Dance Center will perform scenes from The Nutcracker, and Santa will pose for pictures with the kiddos. Bring a chair and relax for this fun, family-friendly holiday event.
