Leap year only occurs once every four years. However, from the food we eat, the air we breathe, our relationships with others, our drives for a comfortable and meaningful life, everyday we are nurtured by so much more. The ability to sit in silence is so necessary to fulfill our lives in a world filled with noise, anxiety, and distractions. The Leap Day Walk/Walk in Silence is an invitation to walk this path and a reminder that everyday we need to make time for silence.
