Beerfest returns to House of Blues

The House of Blues welcomes the 6th Annual Myrtle Beach Beer Fest on March 29.

This year’s event will be separated into two sessions (2-5 p.m. and 6-9 p.m.) and both will feature live acoustic entertainment along with the 100+ craft beers that will be available in 4 oz samples. Tickets are $35/session in advance and $45/session at the door.

Some of the breweries presenting samples this year include Allagash, Brooklyn, Goose Island, Green Flash, RJ Rockers, St. Bernardus, Smuttynose, Terrapin, and Oskar Blues. The hop-heavy list includes numerous pale ales and IPA’s, as well as lagers, various stouts, porters, and pilsners.

Bands will be playing in the House of Blues courtyard, restaurant and the deck throughout the event. Entertainment for the early session includes Prettier Than Matt, Randy McQuay and Mike O'Donnell. The evening lineup features Super Reggae Man, Jimmy Mowery and Cornbread.
