About Atalaya Fall Festival and Haunted Castle

Enjoy frights and fun at the family-friendly Atalaya Fall Festival and Haunted Castle. The event will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. the Friday and Saturday before Halloween. It features two haunted attractions — one mild maze of spooky rooms and a scarier Haunted Castle. Children can participate in carnival games, crafts and watch spooky cartoons on the big screen. A bonfire will also be available for marshmallow roasting!

Admission is $10 for adults, and $7 for kids 6-15. 

Atalaya is located inside Huntington Beach State Park. It was the winter home of Archer and Anna Hyatt Huntington in the 1930s, and its remnants are available to visitors at the park.
