Cheap Flights From Myrtle Beach

We’re shifting focus from our usual posts aimed at tourists and those researching Myrtle Beach, and instead, we’re dedicating this one to the residents of the Grand Strand.

One of the perks of living in Myrtle Beach is that we get to enjoy the charm of a smaller city while benefiting from an airport offering flight options comparable to a major destination. We have a number of direct flights available to us, and most of the major airlines operate out of MYR. This gives us the luxury of traveling directly to nearly any notable city on the eastern half of the country. Plus, with budget airlines also available, we often find these direct flights at very affordable prices. While Charleston might offer a similar experience, it’s not a luxury that residents flying out of Columbia or Greenville airports get to enjoy.

That said, Myrtle Beach is an ideal place to live for frequent travelers and weekend adventurers. We reside in one of the world’s top tourist destinations, with little reason to leave—but every so often, we all need to escape for a change of scenery.

Given the range of flight options, many of which residents may not be aware of, we’ve decided to compile a list of cheap flights from Myrtle Beach for under $150 round trip. There are countless cities you can easily access and explore without breaking the bank.

Here’s a list of cities you can fly to cheaply from Myrtle Beach, along with the estimated lowest cost you can expect to pay if you time it right.
