Myrtle Beach hotels offer discounts to Hurricane Irma evacuees
Hurricane Irma has displaced countless residents of Florida and Georgia, and Myrtle Beach area hotels and campgrounds are offering discounted rates for those forced to flee.
Although the storm will make its way through the affected states by early next week, it may be several days before people are allowed back to their homes.
Beach Cove Resort

Beach Cove Resort is offering discounts for evacuees from Georgia and Florida. Must present valid ID with an address from an affected area. Call hotel to book. Special not offered online. Valid Stay Dates: 9/8 up to and including 9/18. Actual discount depends on room type booked.

Evacuees from affected areas can get a special discounted rate from $49/night at Crown Reef Resort. Must ask for discount and present local ID from affected areas.

Marina Inn is offering a discount to all those displaced by the storm, regardless of home state. Local Resident Rates will be offered, which start at $115/night, through the end of September.
