About TPC of Myrtle Beach

Regarded as one of the best courses in America, TPC is the former host of the Senior Tour Championship and has been played by many golf legends on the tour. Follow in the footsteps of Tom Watson, Gary Player, Ray Floyd, Lee Travino and others at TPC Myrtle Beach. With many accolades and awards under its belt, including GolfWeek's list of Top 10 Courses in South Carolina, TPC Myrtle Beach is a must-play course.

In fact, TPC Myrtle Beach is the only Myrtle Beach course to have received a 5-star rating from Golf Digest. This 18-hole, par 72 course is known to be quite difficult featuring undulating greens. However, despite the tour-quality play and difficulty, TPC is open to the public and invites golfers from all skill levels to make a tee time.

In the “off-season” touring professional golfers can be found practicing at TPC Myrtle Beach. But why? TPC boasts one of the best practice facilities in the Myrtle Beach area. This practice facility is comprised of a grass driving range, a chipping green, and a superior putting green. So, before you try to tackle this challenging course, be sure to stop by the practice area and test your drive.

Of course, playing hours of golf will make anyone hungry. That’s why TPC offers a Grille that offers breakfast and lunch daily. The TPC Grille offers drinks, private parties, and a wonderful view of the spectacular 18th green.

Save for Caledonia this is the top course in the Myrtle Beach area. Immaculate conditioning for a course that sees so many rounds played. Staff worked hard to keep up pace of play, though the difficulty of the course still makes rounds creep above the 5hr mark even with active rangering. Best greens I have played in MB area. Excellent range with free range balls.

Course condition excellent, but there were 3 groups backed up before we even teed off! Starters did nothing and offered no explanation. Never saw a ranger all day & waited on every hole. What a joke! Slowest round ever!

It was really windy the day I played and cool. It is a tough course on a calm day. Greens were in really good shape but the fairways were the worse of the three courses I played. Should be good once the grass begins to grow.
