It’s that time of year again! The St. John’s Greek Festival begins today, Thursday, September 28, and runs until Sunday, October 1. Guests at the Greek Festival will be able to taste a variety of Greek dishes and desserts, as well as see live music and dancing, and shop around! Guests can also take a tour of the beautiful church. This is a popular event, so be sure to visit this weekend!

Food Trucks Approved in Myrtle Beach

Food Trucks Approved in Myrtle Beach

The Myrtle Beach City Council has approved a plan for allowing food trucks into Myrtle Beach. The one-year pilot plan will allow permits for six food trucks to start selling in the city. However, trucks will have to be at least 500 feet away from restaurants. We might start seeing food trucks as early as next week, so keep an eye out for them!

Halloween Reboot

Halloween Reboot

Horror movie fans will be thrilled to hear that there will be a remake of the classic horror film, “Halloween.” While that’s exciting enough, what’s even more exciting is that it will be filmed in Charleston, SC! The film, written by David Gordon Green, Danny McBride, and John Carpenter, and produced by Jason Blum, will feature stars such as Jamie Lee Curtis. The film is expected to be released in October 2018.
