Myrtle Beach Golf and Yacht is a popular neighborhood in Myrtle Beach filled with over 1,000 single-family homes. The homes have multiple builders, providing a variety of customized homes. 

Located just 1 mile from the entrance is S.C. 707, which runs from Myrtle Beach to Murrells Inlet, giving you easy access to both. At the end of S.C. 707 is U.S. 17, which can connect you both north to Myrtle Beach and south to Georgetown.

Located just 6 miles away is the growing Sayebrook area, complete with dining, shopping, grocery stores, fast food options and much more. Within 20 minutes you can be on the Marshwalk, enjoying their fabulous restaurants and the unforgettable view of the Inlet and its wildlife.

The neighborhood has a community center, a multi-purpose room, an outdoor pool and spa, tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a picnic area, a playground, and walking and biking trails.
