Milano at Grande Dunes

Milano is a very popular and coveted community located in the prestigious Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. The Mediterranean-style homes sit on the 13th hole of the Grande Dunes Resort Golf Course.

The Grande Dunes is located off U.S. 17, allowing access to North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach and south to Pawleys Island. In just a few miles, you have access to S.C. 31, which provides quicker access with less traffic to North Myrtle Beach and Conway.

Homeowners in Milano are also eligible for membership to the Grande Dunes Ocean Club, which includes private beach access, an oceanfront pool with cabanas, on-site dining areas and a fitness center. Homeowners also have access to the Grande Dunes Marina, a state-of-the-art marina equipped with floating docks accommodating boats up to 120 feet or more. The marina sits on the Intracoastal Waterway.
