The Myrtle Beach 2011 Harley-Davidson rally will be May 13-22. Vendor permits are issued by the city of Myrtle Beach and Horry County starting around April before the rally. Check with those municipalities for specifics on vendor permits and rules.

The city of Myrtle Beach in 2008-09 issued new rules and ordinances aimed at curbing the huge bike rallies, including a helmet ordinance that requires the use of helmets for all riders in city limits.
