Only at the Brentwood Restaurant & Wine Bistro will you find so many menus – La Carte (dinner), Les Menu Paris (four-course meal), Seven-Course Tasting Menu and, of course, an extensive Wine List. Among the most popular items are the award-winning dish Chef Eric created for the “Iron Chef” competition, Shrimp and Scallop Chardonnay with sautéed jumbo shrimp, pan-seared diver scallops over angel hair. The filet mignon, roasted rack of lamb and Cote de Boeuf, a grilled bone-in ribeye topped with vegetables and Béarnaise, are can’t-miss dishes. Brentwood Restaurant also takes full advantage of its fishing-village location with fresh catch creations. The Gold, Silver and Platinum Fork seven-course feasts feature a wide range of options from soup to dessert.
