Myrtle Beach is home to over a thousand restaurants so when it's time to plan a night out, it can be tricky finding just the right place. From world-class steakhouses to quaint bistros, there truly is something fit for every couple. We decided to poll our Facebook fans to see which restaurants top the list for the most romantic spots in town to help you plan a special date night.

Below you'll find the Top 10 most romantic restaurants along the Grand Strand.

Sea Captain’s House

Sea Captain’s House 3000 N. Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach , SC 29577

It’s no surprise that an oceanfront restaurant would make our list of most romantic places to eat in Myrtle Beach. Sea Captain’s House delivers unbelievable views of the Atlantic Ocean from every table and delicious food. Take your time at dinner and order their famous She Crab soup to start. The Southern Scampi Cordon Blue and Fresh Atlantic Yellowfin Tuna are just a couple of the Captain’s Favorites on their extensive dinner menu.

Wicked Tuna

Wicked Tuna 4123 U.S. 17 Business, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576

Wicked Tuna is located along the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk and features stunning views of the salt marshes. Boats deliver fresh seafood each day for a true "hook to plate" experience with every meal. Order a specialty cocktail at the plush bar while you wait for your table. The sushi and raw bar appetizers are a great way to start off your meal. Follow that up with local grouper served with jumbo shrimp with Creole cream over pea, artichoke and mushroom risotto. The S'mores Baked Alaska is the perfect dessert for two.

Aspen Grille

Aspen Grille 5105 N. Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

Chef Curry Martin carefully crafts his menu around fresh, local ingredients. The menu changes seasonally and features a variety of steak, seafood, pork, lamb and much more. Chef's Special menu items include Fried Green Tomatoes served with pecan smoked bacon, parmesan and Bearnaise sauce; Cedar Springs Domestic Lamb Rack with potato gratin, roasted asparagus and a thyme demi glace; and an Angus Beef Ribeye. Call for reservations or book their private dining area.

Croissant’s Bistro & Bakery

Croissant’s Bistro & Bakery 3751 Robert M. Grissom Parkway , Myrtle Beach , SC 29577

What started out as a local bakery and lunch bistro quickly blossomed into a hot-spot for date nights. The menu at Croissants Bistro and Bakery incorporates fresh, local ingredients to create classic dishes you'd find in the south with a French twist. Their shrimp and grits are not to be missed! The famous dish comes with andouille sausage, roasted red peppers, onions, fried green tomatoes and pimento cheese grits. Other highlights are the crab cakes, bomber shrimp appetizer and the warm artichoke and tomato lobster dip.

Martin’s Restaurant

Martin’s Restaurant 7200 N Ocean Blvd, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572

Rossi’s fine cuisine Italian restaurant is located in the Galleria in the Restaurant Row section of Myrtle Beach. Couples have flocked to the famous restaurant and its piano bar for years. Menu items like the one-pound African Rock Lobster Tail and the Char-broiled Black Angus ribeye steak have them coming back for date night over and over. They offer dozens of fine, hand-selected wines as well as beautifully created desserts.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House

The Melting Pot

The Melting Pot 5001 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

What's more romantic than cheese and chocolate? Not a whole lot if you ask us! The Melting Pot serves the best of both worlds right on your table. They have six different cheese fondues to pick from and you can even opt to craft your own Wisconsin cheddar by adding a local brew. Entree fondues are available but we prefer to skip straight to dessert where you can dip into Bananas Foster, Cherries Jubilee, Flaming Turtle and Chocolate S'Mores. Reservations are recommended, especially during special holidays.
