Locally owned and operated since 1995, Hot Wing Express is known in the Myrtle Beach area for their fresh chicken wings. Hot Wing Express also cooks up delicious Asian cuisine, which has grown in popularity over the years. Due to the increased interest in the Asian side of the Hot Wing Express menu, the owners decided to split the menu down the middle. One side is still Hot Wing Express, still known for tasty wings and American food, and the other side is uBamboo, recognized for Thai and Chinese dishes.

The American side of the menu consists of items such as chicken fingers, burgers, salads, and, of course, chicken wings. Get your fried chicken wings either boneless or regular and choose from one of the 10 sauces that range from lemon pepper to sriracha sauce, and from mild to flaming hot. On the other hand, uBamboo serves up a delectable variety of Asian dishes. For an appetizer, enjoy Crab Rangoon, Tom Yum Soup, egg rolls, spring rolls, or wonton soup. If you want a sit down restaurant, Hot Wing Express is not it. Meant as a take-out or delivery restaurant, the atmosphere here is just like any other. Don’t let you stop that from trying the food, though. What is lacking in decor is made up for in taste.
