Myrtle Beach Golf

Myrtle Beach is known as the Seaside Golf Capital of the U.S. and plays home to more than 100 golf courses, championship courses, par 3 courses and miniature golf courses.

Here you can enjoy an awesome round of golf at courses designed by legends of the game including Robert Trent Jones, Greg Norman, Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Among the endless options are iconic spots such as Pine Lakes Country Club, the "Grandaddy" of Myrtle Beach golf and many others which have been honored by Golf Digest, Golf Magazine, Golf.com and other top media outlets.

Golfers flock to the Grand Strand during the prime golf seasons, especially the spring and fall, but those who live here full time can get great rates and better tee times on a round in during the summertime and offseason winter months.

In addition, many of the area’s top courses offer local discounts to residents with ID (as do many attractions), so if you’re planning to do much golfing it’s best to get your South Carolina Driver’s licenses as soon as you move to save on things to do.

More casual golfing options include par 3 courses such as Cane Patch, Midway Par 3, Tupelo Bay and Harbourview, which are great for the family or practicing your short game.

When it comes to miniature golf, you'll find tons of great options including oceanfront spots like Shark Attack Adventure golf, massive themed courses such as Mt. Atlanticus Minotaur Goff and even Hawiian Rumble Golf, where the US ProMiniGolf Tour Masters takes place each year.
