Compared to the nighttime fare, the lunch menu is more straightforward while still offering everything from fresh salads and house-made soups to a 10oz. New York Strip with bleu cheese bacon butter, sautéed  spinach, and steak fries. And sandwich options include a Jamiacan Jerk Grilled Chicken Sandwich, a Grilled Angus Burger, and a Turkey Panini. For dinner, things get a little more interesting. The options for starter salads include a Bibb Salad with Farm Egg topped with crispy bacon, tomatoes, and green goddess dressing; a Poached Baby Shrimp Salad with avocado, tomato, mango, and a creamy basil vinaigrette dressing; and a Baby Spinach Salad with strawberries, pecans, craisins, and a raspberry vinaigrette. Small Plates (appetizers) include specialties like Bahamian Lobster Skewers with spicy pineapple salsa; the Korean BBQ Pulled Pork Egg Roll with Asian Slaw and Spicy Sweet Dipping Sauce; and Pan-Seared New England Scallops with bacon leek risotto and lemon herb butter. The highlights of the unique list of Dinner Entrees include Chili-Crusted Pan-Seared Mahi Mahi with black beans, coconut rice, and chipotle lime butter; Pistachio and Ginger Crusted Grouper with parmesan risotto, baby beans, and blue crab basil sauce; and a Prime Cut Pork Chop served with wild mushrooms, onions, and bacon, over southwestern mac & cheese, and finished with a black pepper béarnaise. It’s probably also worth mentioning the desserts, which are all the rage. Fans of chocolate have two options – Godiva Chocolate Mousse with roasted almond whipped cream or the Chocolate Caramel Demon, a concoction of devil’s food cake with chocolate ganache and caramel. Other items include Bill’s Luscious Lemon Tart, Apple Upside Down Cake, and Key Lime Pie.

The feeling you get when you step into the dining room is something like country-club meets upscale beach club. If you’re there during daylight hours, watch for dolphins out in the Atlantic, jumping through the air as if to amuse you.
