Pawleys Island & Litchfield Beach
Known as “America’s oldest seaside community” Pawleys Island has been a beach destination for many years. These days this “arrogantly shabby” community is known to Myrtle Beach visitors as one of the Grand Strand’s most scenic and secluded areas. It’s great destination for a day at the beach and an awesome place to enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, kayaking and more. Bewteen Pawleys and its neighboring community Litchfield beach there’s plenty of places to stay including hotels like Litchfield Beach & Golf Resort and Litchfield Inn and many great Pawleys Island vacation rental properties. There’s also many top-notch restaurants including Frank’s Outback, Austin’s Ocean One and Nosh and shopping at the Pawleys Island Hammock Shops.
