Duck’s Beach Club

There are several places along the Grand Strand where a collection of nightclubs and bars are in close enough proximity to each other that visitors can check out each, hopping from one to the other all night.

Such areas exist at Broadway at the Beach’s Celebrity Square, The Market Common, Murrells Inlet’s MarshWalk, Barefoot Landing, and the less known stretch of Main Street in North Myrtle Beach that is home to numerous restaurants, bars, and clubs.

One of the more popular venues on Main Street is Duck’s Beach Club, a two-in-one nightclub and restaurant.

Awarded the 2013 Show Club of the Year during the Carolina Beach Music Awards, Duck’s features live entertainment year-round and hosts shag events like SOS (Society of Shaggers) every year.

Partygoers looking for a boisterous song and dance experience should check out Duck’s Nightclub, which hosts bands of all genres – rock, pop, jazz, blues, beach, soul – several nights a week.

While those looking to hang out, have some fun, and maybe grab a bite to eat at Duck’s Main Street Bar, Grille, & Sidewalk Café.

The huge menu there includes everything from wings and nachos, to fried flounder sandwiches and Philly cheesesteaks, to burgers and seafood baskets.

The best part about Duck’s might be the ability of the guest to wander in from somewhere else on Main Street and the spend the rest of the night dancing, hanging out at the bar, grabbing a bite, or doing all of these things whenever the time feels right.
