Chef Eric Masson presents a unique wine dinner at The Brentwood Restaurant and Wine Bar as part of Coastal Uncorked Food, Wine and Spirits Festival. The Low Country French Cuisine Menu features local shrimp, local goat cheese and other cheeses, Duck a l'orange and other tasty selections hand-crafted by Chef Eric. Three different wines are elected for the wine courses.
