Barefoot Landing in North Myrtle Beach offers a Halloween trick-or-treat experience from 5 to 7 p.m. on Oct. 31st. Get kids dressed in their best Halloween costumes and join in the fun. Participating shops and restaurants will be handing out candy to little ones during this two-hour event.

Conway Halloween Golf Cart Parade
Conway Downtown Alive will be hosting a joint CCU Homecoming Parade and Halloween Golf Cart Parade, beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, October 28. The parade participant line-up opens at 7:00 a.m. at the Conway Public Safety Building on 9th Avenue. Awards will be presented and spectators are welcome to view the parade along the route.

BooFest! At Barefoot Landing
Boofest! at Barefoot Landing offers loads of seasonal activities on Saturday, October 28th from noon to 4 p.m. Two costume contests—one for kids and one for pets—plus a dance party and lots of character appearances make this event fun for the entire family. Registration for the costume contests begins at 11 a.m. The kids’ costume participants will be divided by age groups and prizes will be awarded in every category.

Howl-O-Scream in North Myrtle Beach
The city of North Myrtle Beach welcomes all ages to Howl-O-Scream on October 28th at the North Myrtle Beach Park and Sports Complex. The festivities happen from 5 to 8 p.m. The spooktacular site includes hayrides, games, inflatables, marshmallow roasting, and trick-or-treating. Cash admission is required; $2 for ages 4 and up; ages 3 and under are free.

The Hangout at Broadway at the Beach in Myrtle Beach is hosting this 5K run and walk. The contestants are encouraged to dress in their finest Halloween costumes; the contest will be judged before the race. Pre-registration is required, and packets will be available for pickup on Friday and Saturday. Enter in the 5K Run/Walk or the 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk and show off your spooky shuffle.

This intense and scary adventure is not for the faint of heart—or the young. Kids ages 6 to 11 must be accompanied by an adult, and those younger than 6 are not permitted.

This is one of the best—and scariest—attractions in Myrtle Beach for Halloween or any time. Visitors must help keep the undead at bay while they shriek through a ransacked testing lab and even a morgue. Avoid being infected by a zombie or overtaken by fog to reach the exit before it’s too late. This attraction is located at the Hollywood Wax Museum.

Embark on a haunted tour by River Island Adventures near North Myrtle Beach. This unforgettable, frightening experience begins with a pontoon boat ride through unknown waters. The 10 brave souls aboard will be cast onto River Island to come face to face with their darkest fears. This Halloween event begins at The Funplex in Myrtle Beach. Enjoy exclusive drink specials and enter the costume contest to compete against fellow crawlers nationwide for a $1,000 grand prize. Cover charges are waived at all venues on the crawl and everyone is invited to stick around for an awesome after-party at The Bowery. Check-in for this adults-only event begins at 4 p.m. on Saturday, October 28th.
