The holidays are a time to eat, drink and be merry. If slaving away in the kitchen isn't for you, check out these great Myrtle Beach area restaurants that are open either Christmas Eve and/or Christmas Day for your culinary pleasure. Enjoy a pleasant holiday meal without all the work and cleanup!

California Dreaming

With a variety of steaks, seafood and salads to choose from, California Dreaming is an ideal spot to grab a bite during the holidays. Christmas Eve hours for both Grand Strand locations are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Christmas Day hours are 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. A special dinner will be offered at both locations on Christmas.

Captain George's Seafood Restaurant will be open from 3-9 p.m. on Christmas Eve. The all-you-can-eat seafood buffet offers steamed shrimp, blackened Mahi, broiled salmon, Prime Rib, New England Clam Chowder and much more.

Join Carolina Roadhouse on Christmas Eve from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. or Christmas Day from 1-9 p.m. They're serving delicious barbeque options, sizzling steaks, enormous salads and much more.

Castano's Italian Steakhouse at Barefoot Landing will be open from 4-8 p.m. this Christmas Eve. Pro-tip: Try the Bruschettas!
