Description
About Sandy Beach

Experience the luxury and seclusion of a modern oceanfront resort in the middle of all the action in downtown Myrtle Beach at the new Sandy Beach resort. Although the property has been a hotel/resort for more than 75 years, recent renovations have made Sandy Beach a centerpiece of the Myrtle Beach skyline. The uniquely designed twin towers are situated in the heart of the downtown district, but also offer plenty of reasons to stay on property. The new Palmetto Tower features more than 150 one-, two- and three-bedroom suites, while the Magnolia Tower includes 78 units of varying sizes. All rooms have tiled entry ways, full kitchens and private oceanfront and oceanview balconies overlooking the Atlantic, Second Avenue Pier and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk. Larger parties or those celebrating a special occasion can upgrade to a Jacuzzi, Town House or Deluxe Suite. Sandy Beach also offers lots of amenities, including an indoor/outdoor pool deck with a lazy river, interactive aquatic playground and plenty of comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun or palm-tree shade. A state-of-the-art exercise room and free wireless access are among the many amenities provided at no additional charge.

Around Sandy Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach

Sandy Beach is located within walking distance of all the downtown restaurants, bars, shopping and attractions. Second Avenue Pier features two restaurants, the legendary Bowery is a legendary honky-tonk where country supergroup Alabama once served as the house band, and Ocean Boulevard is lined with unique stores and attractions.

  • Fantastic hotel!

This hotel is fantastic! The condos are spacious, beds are comfortable and the amenities are top notch. Heated pools in the winter are the best! Makes my winter vacation twice as nice!

  • Awesome hotel

My family stayed here for a week and loved it. The oceanfront room was great. We were out on the balcony everyday and night. It was close to everything. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 1st trip to Myrtle Beach. Hope to get back there again soon.
