About Diamond Back at Woodland Valley Country Club
Diamond Back Golf Course was designed and built by Russell Breeden in 1999, giving Woodland Valley Country Club a classic 18-hole layout that permits public play.
Set in the Lowcountry woodlands of Loris, S.C., the course features strategically placed bunkers and lakes to allow for a fun and challenging round of golf.
This Myrtle Beach golf course is conveniently located on S.C. Highway 9, it’s just minutes from North Myrtle Beach, and many of the area's best attractions and accommodations.
Diamond Back was the first course in the Myrtle Beach area to feature Jensen Ultra Dwarf greens that allow for easy putting. That will be a relief after traversing the narrow, wooded fairways and other hazards that make Diamond Back a true test of golf in a beautiful, natural setting.
In addition to the course itself, Woodland Valley Country Club features a fully-stocked Pro Shop, snack bar and practice facility for all your golfing needs.
