Description
About Prestwick Country Club
Pete and P.B. Dye designed Prestwick Country Club to be a links-style masterpiece reminiscent of Dye designs. Over 1.3 million cubic yards of earth were moved in sculpting towering dune-like berms, stairway bunkers and bulkhead-protected greens. A dense pine forest, sandy waste areas and meandering streams and lakes frame the generous landing areas from any of the six sets of tees. Having hosted the U.S. Open qualifier and state Mid-Amateur Championship, Prestwick has earned a reputation as one of the most memorable golf experiences in the Carolinas.
