Description

About Eagle Nest Golf Club

Opened in 1971, Eagle Nest Golf Club remains one of the best value golf courses in Myrtle Beach.

Located just across the Intracoastal Waterway bridge on the north end of the Grand Strand, Eagle Nest features a course in a natural setting surrounded by Carolina pines and sparkling lakes.

Gorgeous greens and memorable holes are only part of what you can expect during your next Myrtle Beach golf vacation at Eagle Nest. You'll find 15 great holes along the way to what's become known as three of the toughest finishing holes on the Grand Strand.

The course has been renovated from tee to green and features Bermuda fairways and greens with gentle contours and generous playing areas.

Eagles Nest Golf Club in Little River is a great place to experience a Pinehurst feel at the beach.

"The course had just opened after Hurricane Matthew. There was a lot of downed limbs, branches and trees. But the course was in playable condition due to the great effort of the ground crews. Will play there again when the weather is better and the ground crews have a chance to clean up."

"Tee boxes and fairways were in excellent shape. Greens were a little bumpy but thinking they had not been mowed due to rain. I have played worse greens before than these. Really good finishing 3 holes. Well worth the money to play "The Nest""

"View course on 8/24/16. Saw 18th green and it looked bad in spots. Decided to play 18 there on the 27th. Tee boxes in good shape, most fairways and greens in good shape. Could use better irrigation. !8th green by far the worst, most in good shape, speed good and rools true. Will play there again."

" Not happy at all. The first 4 rounds of golf were great. Then we played Myrtlewood and Long Bay. We were sold rounds of golf on these two courses and not pre warned that the greens were aerated the day prior to our play. We drove 850 miles to play some nice courses and needless to say our golf on these two courses were the worst I have ever played. I am most upset because we were not pre warned that the greens would be in horrible shape due to aeration. At this point I will never use ambassador golf again to book any rounds in the future. "
