After just months of construction The Bridge at North Beach opened in July 2014. Built between the two main towers at the North Myrtle Beach resort, the penthouse offers a great place for business retreats, family reunions, luxurious getaways, wedding parties and more.

Rentals are already in the books for August and beyond and there’s also a hefty price tag for anyone considering purchasing this massive unit. It’s currently listed for $2.7 million.

North Beach Plantation offers luxurious condos ranging from one to five bedrooms as well as rentals homes for any size group.
