Tim McGraw Announced as Headliner for 2016 Carolina Country Music Fest

This past June, country music fans from all over the United States flocked to Myrtle Beach for the 2015 Carolina Country Music Fest; Myrtle Beach’s first large music festival by the new boardwalk. The festival lasted for three days and featured headlining artists such as Rascal Flatts, Lady Antebellum, Hunter Hayes, and Eric Church. Fans had a blast listening to their favorite artists while kicking back and enjoying their time by the beach.

But next year’s festival is expected to be even better, and the organizers of the 2016 Carolina Country Music Festival have upped the ante. So far, they have only announced one headline artist who will be performing, and that musician is country legend Tim McGraw. The festival plans to announce more of the lineup soon.

Tim McGraw, son of baseball star Tug McGraw, has been in the country music scene since 1990 and has release 13 studio albums.  Some of McGraw’s most famous songs include titles such as “Something Like That,” “Just to See You Smile,” “Angry All the Time,” and “Live Like You Were Dying.”

The 2016 Carolina Country Music Festival will take place on June 10-12 with a kick-off party on June 9 for VIP ticket holders. Tickets are already on sale and range from $139-$999.
