MyrtleBeach.com had a busy week- We reached over 19,000 Facebook fans on our Myrtle Beach Facebook page! Thanks to all of our great fans who have helped us reach another milestone.


This week our fantastic Facebook fans were so kind as to share their favorite memories in Myrtle Beach. We loved hearing everyone’s responses about quality time with their family, finding love and having fun in our gorgeous beach town! Lots of fans said they had “too many memories to count!” One of our favorites was from Carrie Zielski Zimmerman who said her favorite memory was, “Getting engaged and then a few years later watching my son see the ocean for the first time.” These posts help remind us what a great place we’ve built for families and even a few honeymooners. There’s really something for everyone!


Thanks to everyone who shared their favorite spots for some poolside fun at the myriad Myrtle Beach hotels. Sea Mist Resort, Breakers, Captain's Quarters & Crown Reef Resort got a ton of shout-outs from some very satisfied customers.


Carol Evans was really excited about Sea Watch Resort’s “4 outdoor pools, 2 pools under roof, 2 lazy rivers and about 15 hot tubs. They have pool parties on Tuesdays and Thursdays with a live DJ who can rock the house down! This place is awesome!!!” Each resort has its own special quality that makes it a fan favorite. We saw fans of lazy rivers, indoor and outdoor water parks, multiple pools and even a swim up bar. We feel pretty lucky to have such great options if we ever need a break from the beach!


We get a lot of questions every week about Pet Friendly hotels along the Grand Strand when you just don’t want to leave the furry dears behind. Compass Cove, Litchfield Beach and Bermuda Sands are all pet friendly and seem to be a big hit with our pet-loving fans!


Myrtle Beach family photos were posted all over the fan page wall! We saw pictures of sandcastles, the snowfall on the beach, the Myrtle Beach Marathon, and of course, tons of pictures of kids in the sand. There was such a variety and we loved them all. Keep them coming, fans. We love to see everyone enjoying their Myrtle Beach vacation!


We are excited to see everyone who has a trip down planned for the fall and for those who just made it back home. We love reading posts from everyone back home thinking of us.
