Rascal Flatts, Lady Antebellum, Eric Church and more to play Myrtle Beach country music festival

A three-day country music festival is bringing some big names to Myrtle Beach this summer.

Lady Antebellum and Eric Church will headline the outdoor Carolina Country Music Festival slated for June 5-7, 2015. Other confirmed performers include Big & Rich, Hunter Hayes, Rascal Flatts, Cold Ford, Sam Hunt and Cole Swindell.

Mayor John Rhodes was on hand to welcome the festival to the beach at a press event hosted by Full House Productions on Jan. 22.

“The Myrtle Beach area is excited that Full House Productions chose our beautiful beach destination to bring the Southeast’s premier country music festival this June, which will be a perfect kick off to our summer season,” Rhodes said. “Country music is a natural fit with our 16 million visitors each year, and this event will give them yet another reason to make vacation plans to visit our area.“

Three-day tickets start at $159 with VIP passes available. The festival will be held at the site of the former Myrtle Beach Pavilion. More performers will be announced soon.
