Located in Carolina Forest, it’s well away from the hustle and bustle of tourist traffic and there’s plenty to like including 28 plasma-screen TVs and more than 100 beers available. Oscar's Food & Spirits

Oscar's Food & Spirits

4101 Highway 17 South, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582

For Pittsburgh Steelers fans on the Grand Strand, this hangout is the next best thing to a trip to Heinz Field. In fact, patrons even painted the bar black and gold following the Steelers’ last Super Bowl victory. Transplants and visitors from the Steel City flock to this North Myrtle Beach restaurant and bar to catch the game and experience the camaraderie they normally only get back in Pittsburgh, but fans of all teams are welcome. Cold beer and hot food, like the half-pound, hand-batted burgers that are char-grilled to perfection and melt in your mouth upon impact, are the only things that keep this crowd quiet, aside from a Steelers’ loss.

Everything’s bigger, brighter and better here from the size of the wings to the variety of sauces to the huge, well-lit dining room of the Barefoot Landing Location. With indoor and outdoor seating along the lake, this place has a great atmosphere and some of the best food on the beach. Whether it’s huge sampler platters of tasty wings, great chicken sandwiches and burgers or amazing appetizers, they’ve got it all. Football is a big draw here, with the North Myrtle Beach Browns Backers gathering here each Sunday — not to mention plenty of other NFL fans of all allegiances.
