Everyone has his or her favorite type of wine, but sometimes it’s nice to break out of the box and try something different. The Myrtle Beach area is home to quite a few awesome wine bars that serve up a variety of wines to appeal to the palettes of seasoned wine enthusiasts, as well as casual wine drinkers. Based out of North Carolina, Duplin Winery is known for their sweet wines created from muscadine grapes. Visitors to the area can taste Duplin wine at their winery in North Myrtle Beach. Head over to Barefoot Landing and sign up for a wine tasting where you can try up to ten different Duplin wines, including a sample of one of their frozen wine slushies.
La Belle Amie Vineyard

Little River is home to La Belle Amie Vineyard, which is the birthplace of Twisted Sisters Wines. Open all year long, La Belle Amie Vineyard is a great place to stop by, drink some wine, and enjoy the beautiful outdoor scenery. Guests can also visit the wine tasting room to sample some private label wines, as well as try other goodies such as dipping sauces and dressings. La Belle Amie hosts events throughout the year, including Wine Wednesdays, which feature live music and outdoor cooking.
