About Family Kingdom

Where can you have a blast and make a splash in the heart of the downtown Myrtle Beach district? Check out Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Water Park, the only oceanfront attraction of its type on the Grand Strand. Located just across Ocean Boulevard from the beach, Family Kingdom provide visitors with a variety of rides, games and food.

Family Kingdom Amusement Park offers more than 35 rides ranging from kiddie attractions to spine-chilling thrill rides. The historic Swamp Fox wooden roller coaster is popular among repeat visitors looking to take a hair-raising ride down memory lane, while the modern, steel Twist ‘N Shout roller coaster is one of six new rides unveiled since 2013. Other fan favorites include the Bumper Cars, Galleon pirate ship, Hurricane, and the log flume water ride. The little ones will love the kiddie coaster, kiddie speedway, magic swings and frog hopper.

The Family Kingdom Amusement Park opens for the season in April 2023. Hours vary — check their website for current open times. Visitors can purchase an unlimited-rides wristband for $50 or individual credits to redeem at rides.

this place is the best place ever after eating some food,we headed to the park it was nothing like a normal park there are so many rides and Ferris wheel,sling shot,coasters, even a ride above the whole park and a lot more fun things to do at myrtle beach.

Nice place, but closed early with little noticed.

The kids had a blast at family kingdom. The only down fall was they decided to close down early out of the blue and gave us about 15 min to be out. We paid for the whole night and the closed almost 2 hours early.
